Welcome to Family Skate Camp
What is Family-Skate camp?
Family-Skate Camp is not a replacement for Skate Camp but an addition to the YMCA camp offerings. During the summer of 2018 and 2019 the YMCA introduced a family styled Skate Camp option. This option was aimed at families with kids who skate, the parents skate, or both! This summer we are offering 2 weeks of family styled Skate Camp with 3 options per session (see below). We feel there will be something here for everyone!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT FAMILY-SKATE CAMP?
Cabins are located on the westside of Skate Camp (Camp Millwood) in the “Horse-shoe”. Meals and lakefront activities will be had at camp Tulequoia (TQ) Skate parks will be open for skating as well as limited Skate Camp programming including Skate Wild and Lake Launch. Other activities that will be available to you that you may not be familiar with are high adventure (rock wall and high ropes), hikes in the National Park, boating, fishing, stand up paddle board, archery, and arts and crafts. All of these will also be available to all Family-Skate Camp families.

Rustic
(Sleeps up to 8)
Our 13 rustic cabins call to nature lovers who enjoy something a little studier than a tent and sleeping bag. Campers can still “rough it” in a rustic cabin that contains 4 bunk-style beds.
Tent/Trailer
With 5 designated tent spots and 2 RV / Camper spots across our lakes shoreline you just need to bring your gear to camp with us! All activities are included. (hookups are not available)
